My client is a well-respected Law Firm seeking an IT Supervisor to add to their team. The position sits 5 days in office and offers competitive salary and benefits.Role:The IT Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of IT professionals, providing technical support, and ensuring the company's IT systems are running smoothly. They are responsible for managing all IT operations within the firm, including network administration, system maintenance, and data security.Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing a team of IT technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
• Managing IT projects, including systems upgrades, migrations, and installations.
• Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 6+ years of Law Firm or Professional Services preferred.
  • 3+ years of IT Supervisory experience required.
