Employee Communications Business Partner, People Team
Location: San Francisco (hybrid)
Salary: range is between $190,000 - $256,000
We are looking for an experienced and passionate communications
expert to join our Employee Communications and Experience team. As
the Employee Communications Business Partner to the People Team,
you will partner closely with our Head of People, her Chief of
Staff, and the senior People Team leaders to develop compelling and
clear communications around our People and Culture programs.
You will also play a lead role in driving company change
communications. From company-wide initiatives to policy rollouts to
organizational shifts, you will manage change in line with our
values of clarity, mindfulness, and heartitude. You will
consistently provide positive, proactive, and trusted
communications counsel to senior stakeholders, which will include
taking the lead on mission-critical Staff communications, emerging
issues, or crises as needed.
This role is based in our San Francisco office with an
office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work
from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on
the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $190,000
- $256,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various
factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively
assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a
guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be
modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include
additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most
