legal support for all aspects of real estate and renewable energy
transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, contract
drafting and review, risk assessment, and closing.2. Collaborate
with clients and internal teams to develop and implement innovative
legal strategies that advance client objectives.3. Conduct legal
research and analysis related to real estate and renewable energy
law, regulations, and industry trends.4. Advise clients on the
legal, regulatory, and commercial aspects of real estate and
renewable energy transactions.5. Assist with the structuring and
execution of complex real estate and renewable energy financing
arrangements.6. Support compliance efforts, including ensuring that
all transactions and business practices adhere to company policies
and applicable laws and regulations.7. Build and maintain strong
relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in
the real estate and renewable energy sectors.Qualifications:1.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. 2+ years
of experience in real estate and renewable energy transactions.3.
Strong knowledge of real estate law, real estate transactions, and
renewable energy.4. Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills,
with a keen attention to detail.5. Proven ability to manage
multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.6.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to
identifying and resolving issues.7. Strong interpersonal skills,
with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented
environment.8. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.9.
Admitted to practice law in the state, or eligible for
admission.10. Experience with renewable energy project finance or
