Facilities Operations is hiring a Utilities Superintendent in

today!Job Responsibilities:Planning, administering and evaluating
operations, maintenance, safety and quality control
program.Utilizing mechanical and electrical expertise to maintain
systems typical to a research laboratory environment as well as
utilities, buildings and grounds.Collaborating with the Project
Manager to utilize equipment to improve employee safety, production
quality, equipment reliability, and overall equipment
effectiveness.Organizing, planning work, and assigning
responsibility within the team.Monitoring and enforcing safety
rules, regulations, and standards.Following procedures outlined in
O&M Manuals and engineering drawings.Maintaining and
supervising preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, and
repairs to minimize down time.Assembling and submitting accurate
daily, weekly and other deliverable reports.Demonstrating a
"hands-on" approach to solve mechanical / electrical
problems.Preparing clear and concise reports, logs and
records.Participating in meetings with the Client.Coordinating
subcontractor's work onsite.Minimum Qualifications:Five years'
experience in managing similar Operations and Maintenance Support
Service contracts.Basic knowledge and trouble-shooting principles
for electrical, HVAC and mechanical systems.High School Diploma or
GED.Ability to effectively communicate in English.Basic computer
literacy in Microsoft Office software (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel,
Word).Performing all other work related duties as assigned.Must be
a US citizen with ability to pass a thorough background
check.Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 - The salary offered to the
successful candidate will be determined based on the candidate's
qualifications, work experience, and their ability to meet the
known requirements of the position as determined at the time of
hire. Job location will also be a factor in determining the salary

employees.Working Conditions:Working conditions include potential
exposure to mechanical, electrical, chemical, and confined space
hazards.Qualified in the use of respiratory protection equipment

performing tasks with exposure to chemicals, hazardous atmospheres,
monitoring, acid cleaning, chlorine system repair, or heavy dust
concentrations.Must be able to stand, sit, walk, reach and sit for
