With this incredible demand for our product, we need to evolve our quality strategy to stay ahead of increased trust users put into Tome at work, and ahead of increased surface area of the product. The team seeks a software quality leader with expertise in modern web applications. There's much innovative and challenging work ahead - finding the biggest opportunities for improvements, choosing the best mix of approaches, and collaborating with product, design, and engineering on execution. What you'll do

• Define the role of quality at Tome and execute against it.
• Improve the performance and output of Tome's AI-enabled features, which delight users.
• Establish metrics to measure product quality, and implement best practices for maintaining quality at scale.
• Create robust, end-to-end systems and testing methodologies.
• Enable our engineering team to rapidly ship high-quality, bug-free software to tens of millions of users.
• Help define a new product experience and direction with quality and integrity efforts.Who you are
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years experience in product quality or QA engineering
  • Strong experience in integrated, end to end systems and testing methodologies
  • You have experience developing systems that improve quality and relevance
  • You have experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning
