Family-owned and operated El Cerrito Honda is searching for an Automotive Parts Counter Person. Candidates must be honest, energetic, and hard-working with strong leadership skills and a great attitude.* Experience at an automotive dealership is highly preferred* Must have a minimum 1-year experience with automotive parts* Experience with Dealer Track software helpful* Pleasant and friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills* Able to lift up to 20ibs* Neat, clean, professional appearance* Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday* Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background checkThe Counter Person Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.35 and $23.35. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.We offer excellent benefits including Company-paid medical and dental for the employee, vision, long-term disability, Company-paid life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, vacation pay, and sick pay.
