Sales and Design Specialist, you will receive a competitive base
rate and a no cap commission on your items that are shipped. You

and Design Specialist you will p rovide guidance and education
through a demonstration journey. With the primary goal of guiding
our clients to the products that will a ssist with their wellness
journey. As an industry leader for over 100 years in office
furnishings and iconic h ome, finding the right fit and function
for our client is our Service Mission. Our Sales and Design
Specialists are responsible for being an authority on our
HermanMiller products, ergonomics, features, and benefits through
regular training and self-guided study. It will be your
responsibility as a brand ambassador, to deliver the HermanMiller

Create an authentic educational client experience as you guide
clients on their wellness journey.Deliver outstanding customer
service, product knowledge and engagement fostering a team dynamic.
Prospect for new business by reaching out to new customers, growing
existing customers, and developing A&D relationships; build a
customer base. Process transactions and sales orders according to
company policy. Ensure that visual and experiential standardsare
always met. This might be you if have the following skills and
abilities... Retail sales or customer success experience preferred
High energy and personal engagement skills Experience with a POS
system and proficiency with MS Office software, web navigation, and
3D rendering programs Able to routinely move objects weighing over
20 pounds and to understand safety requirements Schedule
flexibility to meet the demands of our clients and promotions,
which requires working on weekends and holidays, and one hour

- $20.20. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate
qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs
