Executives to drive strategy, sales, and relationship management to
the next level within our organization. Ideal candidates for this
role have a passion and a drive to generate results and are
motivated by winning for their clients. -They are action-oriented
individuals who can align others with their vision and lead them
toward success. Account Executives are strategic thinkers who are
capable of translating complex business goals into creative plans
that fit each client's unique needs. They can see projects from
every angle, from creating and selling through the strategy and
implementation plan to setting appropriate KPIs and measuring
results. -At this time, we can only consider applicants with
authorization to work in the United States on a permanent,
full-time basis; unfortunately, we cannot provide visa
sponsorship.What You'll Do:
Build deep, successful relationships
with our portfolio of clients - they should know, love, and respect
you as their go-to personServe as a strategist on your list of
accounts to successfully achieve our client's business goals
-Develop annual plans for your portfolio of clients, translating
goals into actions and thoughtful executionBuild and present decks
to clients to sell through and explain advanced strategies -
-Identify and drive upsell opportunities for your list of existing
clients, maintaining an annual quota across your client
portfolioManage client needs and requests, work with Project
Managers to delineate to internal teams, and ensure the highest
level of executionWork closely with other departments to ensure
timely delivery of client projects - as the face of your account
list, the buck stops with youIdeal candidates will have ALL of the
following: -
7+ years of account management
experience -5+ years of sales experienceExperience working in a
top-tier consulting firm or completion of an MBAIn-depth
understanding of marketing strategies and trends (SEO, social
media, Google Analytics, PPC, PR, etc.) -Skilled in establishing
and maintaining effective working relationships with clientsStrong
verbal/written communication and listening skills, as you will be
interacting with clients/customers dailyA high level of proficiency
working in the Google Suite of tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)A
deadline-driven, no-task-is-too-small mentalityIndependent
self-starter with the ability to work independently and/or with a
teamAbility to effectively organize and prioritize tasksFlexibility
to work in an interactive environment with a high tolerance for
ambiguity and changeWork with a strong sense of urgency -About Our
