City Experiences is seeking a Captain for our City Experiences operation in San Francisco-- -

About You:

This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences-------- RESPECT Service System.

About the Opportunity:

Successful candidates must have 1 year of recent experience as a Captain. Our employees have public contact, therefore we are looking for candidates who take pride in their appearance, have superb customer service, and communication skills. A flexible schedule is a must as it includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. The candidate must submit to a comprehensive background check as well as pre-employment, and random drug testing as required by the United States Coast Guard.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Operates company vessels legally and safely

Supervisor onboard crew

-- --- -
Enforces crew and passenger safety

-- --- -
Administrative duties including, computer work, and some cash handling

Filling out shipboard logs, and reports

-- --- -
Conduct crew training, drills, and exercises

-- --- -
Participates in USCG inspections

-- --- -
Harbor Tour Narration / make announcements over PA system

Verifies the vessels have been properly secured after sailing

Additional job duties assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

-- --- - 3 years recent experience
-- --- - High School or equivalence
-- --- - Master 100 ton license
-- --- - FCC License
-- --- - TWIC
-- --- - First Aid / CPR
-- --- - Great customer service
-- --- - Desired endorsements: Lifeboatman, Firefighting, STCW, Able Bodied Seaman
