Location: San Francisco, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $27 - 28 per hourOur client is looking for a talented -Merchandise Assistant with a passion for retail to report directly into their Senior Merchant.
In this role you will work closely with the US DTC merchandising team to curate the seasonal designs for both ecomm and brick and mortar.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a teamThis is a contract hybrid role located in San Francisco, CA. -Responsibilities:Assist merchandiser with tactical work.File updating/ deck building.Support the business with daily responsibilities including managing assortment tools, sample management, managing pricing files, and more.Assist in assortment curation and execution for all key accounts in the region covering all product categories.Partner with global teams to ensure assortment adoption/activation/ sizing for all product categories.Attend weekly selling meetings to report out the prior week and monthly results.Assess and analyze product performance and help determine appropriate short, medium, and long-term actions to improve opportunities and minimize risk.Draw overarching trend conclusions and convert them to actions.Provide competitive analysis, including pricing and promotional strategies, and marketplace trends.



Qualifications:
