Client Solutions Associate (Entry)
As a Client Solutions Associate, you will be instrumental in building out our knowledge-sharing marketplace. You will be directly responsible for scaling our book of business of enterprise customers by connecting them to the right subject matter experts.
This role is fast-paced and highly operational, with a focus on account growth. You will spend most of your time supporting venture capital, consulting, and startup customers and connecting them with high-quality advisors. As the first point of contact for both our clients and advisors, you will work alongside our product and engineering team to translate insights into product improvements.
Ideal candidates have prior experience growing online labor marketplaces or enterprise business development and/or customer success. We are looking for candidates that are excited to face the successes and challenges of expanding client accounts and developing champion users.
What you'll do:

• Work directly with enterprise customers to service timely requests to connect with experts
  
• Source new subject matter experts to build out the supply side of our marketplace
  
• Collaborate with the product, engineering, and management teams to continuously improve the Office Hours Platform
