You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will warmly and enthusiastically greet guests at the hotel, deliver amenities and assist them with check in/out to ensure they are comfortable and feel welcome while also providing information. While not taking care of a guest reques, your main role will be to restock linen and other supplies to each floor closet.

This position is will also require to clean and supply public areas in accordance with established standards and guidelines. This person is responsible for overall cleanliness of fitness floor and locker room(s).

Responsibilities

Review assignment sheet and update completed assignments. Check with Supervisor and Housekeeping office for additional assignments throughout the shift. Review assigned area and complete general removal of any trash or debris. Stock cleaning carts with designated supplies and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of closets; remove trash, wipe down shelves/counters; sweep and wax floor; remove non-floor closet items and transport to proper storage areas. Clean designated areas with proper chemicals, tools, and equipment.

Move any vehicles out of the garage as needed.

Qualifications

Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbal and non-verbal. Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. Ability to follow directions thoroughly. Ability to understand guest's service needs. Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data. Possess a strong attention to detail.

This position requires to have a valid California Driver's License.
