Job Description:
You are a very important professional who puts together various
complex and non-complex assemblies for instruments, reading
detailed assembly procedures to ensure products are built correctly
and efficiently. You begin your day with a team meeting to discuss
the previous day production and share any experience or feedback.
This is also a time for the team to collaborate on process
improvement ideas or bring up any safety concern. Then the team
breaks into their area to start working on their individual
activities. At this time, the instrument assembler will be
reviewing the work order, drawings, and assembly procedures, and
gather any tools they need for the job. You end your day like how
you start your day, putting drawings, procedures, and tools back

This position is eligible for a $1,500 HIRING BONUS: Offered for a
limited time only. Applicable to specific positions as labeled.
Recipients must be employed at the time of payout. Payout after 30
days of employment with Bio-Rad. Offered to direct hires only.
Agency hires and internal transfers are not eligible. 12 months

estimated hourly rate for this position is $16.44 to $22.64 at the
time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at
the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors
we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including
geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and
other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a
variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your
