We are looking for a well-rounded engineer with a strong background in hardware product development or test to deliver on the next generation of AR devices. The ideal candidate will have solid technical and communication skills, has worked on one or more senor, audio, wireless, optics technologies and is comfortable working with a highly cross-functional team of HW and SW and Systems engineering to resolve issues and deliver solutions.

Job Requirement -

  • Develop technical requirements for hardware systems for Wearables and AR devices.
  • Review electrical schematics, component datasheets to extract performance metrics.
  • Perform systems integration studies, evaluate product features against HW and SW dependencies.
  • Developing test methods, document test fixture requirements, drive implementation and bring-up working with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • Develop data collection procedures, perform data collection and analysis to provide feedback to design teams.
  • Provide regular documentation and presentation. Minimum Qualification :
  • 5+ years' experience developing or testing portable electronics devices.
  • Good understanding of electrical or mechanical engineering concepts.
  • Ability to program and develop scripts for data collection, analysis in Python, C or C#.
  • Experience working in a lab environment for test and measurements.
  • Vocal leader with strong communication and presentation skills. Degrees or certifications required:
  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace or related field. Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
    • Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.
    • Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
    • Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
    • Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
    • Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
    • Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.

      Salary range is: Minimum $145k Maximum 160k PA
