The assignment is currently 3 months long with subject to extension, and pays between $50-$60 an hour based off experience. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience and would only come on site for training, but work the rest of the assignment remotley. In order to be considered for the position, you will be required to submit a writing sample demonstrating your contract writing skills.salary: $50 - $70 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PMeducation: BachelorResponsibilities+ Perform pre?award contract activities, develop contracting plan, resourcing, interface+ with various user groups (engineering, construction, operations) in support of+ preparation of RFP's/IFB's.+ Conduct virtual pre?bid meetings, bid evaluations and price negotiations, award+ recommendations, and contract execution.+ Coordinate negotiation of contract terms and conditions.+ Perform all facets of post award contract administration.+ Administer changes to contracts for change orders.+ Proactively works with contractors to ensure contract compliance; ensures reporting+ and contract requirements are met and Trust invoices and supporting documents are+ submitted and/or issued in a timely manner.+ Perform contract close out of tasks including resolution of outstanding contract issues,final invoices and contractor performance evaluations.+ Use a variety of construction contract formats including Guaranteed Maximum Price("GC at Risk"), Lump Sum, Not to Exceed, Design/Build models.Skills+ Written Communication+ Confidentiality+ Verbal Communication+ Government ContractsQualifications+ Years of experience: 4 years+ Experience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
