within the Fluence Digital business unit, formed following
Fluence's acquisition of San Francisco-based start-up AMS. Fluence
Digital's IQ platform uses artificial intelligence, advanced price
forecasting, portfolio optimization and market bidding to ensure
energy storage and flexible generation assets are optimally
participating in wholesale electricity markets.Fluence Digital is a
SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) company with an AI (artificial
intelligence) software platform that uses deep learning algorithms
to enable strategic, optimized trading of complex assets in energy
markets. We've built the most advanced deep neural network
optimization and trading platform specifically designed to enable
the real-time, optimized transaction of complex energy assets,
including batteries, solar, and wind. We've earned our customers
millions of dollars in market revenues and are growing quickly in

are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our
team. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers,
generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through
the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to
ensure that our company's sales goals are met. We are looking for
someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work
ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales. If you are a

you to apply. Key role responsibilities include: ---Identify
potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the
company ---Contact and qualify potential customers ---Set
appointments and follow up on leads ---Document pain points,
issues, and requests expressed by customers ---Map buyers within
customer organizations - build an understanding of relationships,
delegations of authorities, and roles/ responsibilities ---Track
progress towards meeting sales goals ---Collaborate with the sales
team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets ---Use
customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and
sales activities ---Stay up to date on market trends, competition,
and industry developments ---Attend networking events and trade
shows to build relationships and generate leads - travel should be
no more than 10% of the time ---Provide regular reports on sales
activities and results to managementWhat will our ideal candidate
bring to Fluence?2-3 years of experience in sales or customer
service Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM)
software Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual
English/Spanish is a definite asset Ability to build and maintain
relationships with buyers atpotential clients Detail orientation:
able to understand nuanced issues facing customers and communicate
them accurately to colleagues Knowledge of sales techniques and
strategies Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Time
management and organizational skills Ability to work independently
and as part of a team Entrepreneurship: able to apply creativity to
overcome obstacles, leveraging internal and external resources
Flexibility and adaptability to change A desire to learn and grow
in the sales field Bachelor's degree in business or related field

Colorado, the standard pay range for this role is $170 - 185K
annually. This range is specific to Colorado and may not be
