organized.CBRE Design Collective is seeking a Senior Interior
Designer with experience in the following markets:Corporate
(preferred)Aviation (preferred)Retail (desired)Hospitality
(desired)This position will be located in our San Francisco
studio.What you will do in this role:Become an active member of our
design team through all phases of the process.Lead project teams as
well as plan and supervise assignments of other team members.Lead
the development of the initial phases of design, including
evaluating client needs, programming, and space planning.Develop 2D
and 3D design concepts and planning strategies.Select products,
materials, and finishes.Select and specify furnishings, artwork,
accessories, and plants.Develop effective 2D and 3D design
representations including views, renderings, illustrations, and
presentations.Assist in the preparation of contract documents.Lead
the development of furniture bid / specification documents.Assist
with submittal reviews and RFI responses during the construction
administration phase.Develop and maintain client
relationships.Exercise independent judgment in evaluating,
selecting, and applying standard design techniques and
procedures.No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position,
however you will provide informal assistance, mentoring, and
training to coworkers.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United
States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the
future.TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONSBachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Fine
Arts in Interior Design from a four-year college or university with
a Council for Interior Design Accreditation curriculumOR a
Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.Arch) or Master's Degree (M.Arch) in
Architecture from a four-year college or university with an
accredited architectural curriculum (National Architectural
Accrediting Board or Canadian Architectural Certification Board).8+
years' experience.NCIDQ or NCARB certification,
preferred.Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative
Suite.Experience with AutoCAD and construction management tools
such as Procore a plus.COMMUNICATION AND REASONING SKILLSExcellent
written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and
analytical skills.Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable
and courteous service to clients.Ability to effectively present
information.Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex
documents.Ability to work independently to solve problems involving
multiple options.CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to
determine compensation, including a candidate's education,
training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Interior
Designer position is $115000 annually and the maximum salary for
the Electrical Engineer position is $125000 annually. The
compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend
on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary
bonus on CBRE's applicable benefit program.CBRE is an equal
