Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant,
you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and
implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings
and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as
a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative
solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.You
will work developing solutions that excel at user experience,
style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and
improve profit and shareholder value.Your primary responsibilities
include:Build, automate and release Workday solutions based on
client's priorities and requirements.Act as the planning lead in
architecting the Workday Planning solution to ensure that all work
streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered
and mitigatedMaintain proficiency and certification in the Workday
Adaptive Planning solution suiteReview and analyze
spreadsheet-based financial models and re-engineer into Workday
Adaptive PlanningExplore and discover risks and resolving issues
that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the
table potential solutions.Make sure that all integration solutions
meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.Required
Technical and Professional Expertise3+ years implementing Financial
Planning, Budgeting, & Forecasting systems like Adaptive Insights,
or Hyperion.3 years of consulting experience within a large
organization.1 or more years of experience in Financial Management
with a background in accounting, finance, consolidation, management
reporting, planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, or
related fieldPreferred Technical and Professional
ExpertiseAppropriate Adaptive certification required2 years of
hands-on experience with delivering Adaptive Insights

full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your
job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and
frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment
