and support internal clients to bring solutions to complex issues
and provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance. This is
an exciting opportunity to provide valuable expertise and
collaborate with cross functional technology teams within the
organization. A successful IT Specialist excels in a fast-paced,
team environment and possesses excellent communication skills.
We're looking for an individual with a high degree of technical
aptitude over a large scope of IT software, hardware, and
networking disciplines.#LI-JJ1WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Resolve IT support requests quickly, adhering to security
policies, while using empathy to build trust and cohesiveness with
the team.
- Handle technical support cases through various support
channels
- Assists with hardware and software testing and reports on
configurations and behavior, recommending improvements and
break-fix solutions.
- Recommends, configures, and installs computer hardware and
software requests.
- Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex
issues
- Manage IT projects to meet pre-defined objectives
- Provide in-person and remote support to colleagues to help them
resolve technical issues
- Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the
business
- Responsible for our hardware/software assets including license
management.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of experience of IT Support/administration in a
multiple operating system environment, with focus on Mac OS.
- Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments
with technical problems.
- Administrative knowledge of MacOS and Chrome OS, Jamf and
Google Workspace
- A strong desire and focus on continued improvements and
personal development
- Comfortable with supporting hardware and networking
requirements of a medium-sized office
- Strong communicator with strong time management and
self-motivation skills
- Experience with cloud-based software and asset management
platforms.
- Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify
solutions.
- Troubleshooting of networking, hardware and software
issues.BONUS POINTS
- Administrative Linux knowledge in an enterprise setting.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and Okta heavy, 0 trust,
primarily SaaS-based environmentThe range of base salary for the
position is between $72,000 - $108,000, plus equity, and benefits.
Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and
individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as
qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.About
