About the Position We are looking for a Data Scientist - Analytics to create visibility into and understanding of how our products are scaling and performing. You will be responsible for analyzing data to uncover trends and develop insights. You will also build processes to automate analysis and reporting of essential business data. What You'll Be Doing: You will combine and analyze various internal data sources to analyze conversion on our product and identify first-order product improvements.You will study and characterize how our customers are using our product.You will work with product and engineering teams to develop, conduct, and analyze experiments impacting core product design decisions.You will help identify trends that will improve our risk management systems.You will help develop and validate statistical models that power our product. What We're Searching For: You partner and communicate well with engineering, product, and business functions.You have a strong grasp of statistics and experimentation.You care deeply about the quality and correctness of your work.You are comfortable managing competing and shifting priorities and can organize your own work to accomplish multiple tasks.You are excited about working on a small team and setting the foundations for analytics at Parafin.You have two years of work experience in a similar role.You are experienced with Python or R.You are experienced with SQL.You have a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
