efficiently and sustainably to protect our water supplyWhat we are
looking for:Arable's account executive is a passionate,
goal-oriented member of the company's commercial team. Using your
knowledge of precision agriculture, enterprise account development,
and strong organization skills, the successful candidate will
manage customer development, go-to-market strategy, and drive the
agenda through the sale and launch. You have knowledge and
experience in key agricultural regions in the Western US, in
particular California wine grapes. You are a natural leader,
problem solver and negotiator with technical aptitude and strong
interpersonal skills. - - -What you will do:
- Define, document and drive the sales strategy for select
enterprise customers and partners in the wine grapes and west coast
specialty markets.
- Map and manage the inclusion of key account personnel to secure
appropriate internal support to both close the opportunity and
support the program's ongoing success
- Execute clear and effective sales pitches to customers that
highlight the values and outcomes for the customer
- Use your knowledge of the industry and the current marketplace
for digital ag products to position Arable solutions favorably
within the accounts
- Organize efficient engagement with product management and
engineering to support the account development agenda and the
company's broader roadmap effort
- Support the overall team effort to prioritize and execute on
the company's revenue objectives
- Create and maintain forecast against plan and diligently
document key activities, program stage, and circumstances to
support the expected plan outcome
- Inform Arable's overall go-to-market strategy and growth
plansMinimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance,
Data Science, Information Systems, or another related degree
- 2+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Strong knowledge of the US specialty crop market -
- Strong familiarity with Google Suite and/or Microsoft
Office
- Top-notch written & oral communication
- Self-driven with a bias for action and strong prioritization
instinctsPreferred Requirements:
- 5 + years of B2B sales experience preferred
- 2 + years working with specialty crops, such as vineyards.

- Basic understanding of pricing principles and margin
generation
- Understanding of agronomy and the value of data -
- Experience working in pest management or irrigation management
is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM system
- Analytical thinker with experience using data visualization
tools (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI)What we offer:At Arable
