About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Content Designer...In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websites
  • Create the most complex industry-leading user interface design solutions
  • Lead teams of customer experience professionals during deployment of interaction design strategies
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges across multiple areas of Content Design or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, broad-reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and resolution
  • Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding large-scale enterprise-wide Content Design strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operations
  • Strategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise; serve as an expert advisor to Content Design leadership; represent the company externally in industry networking and trade and technical eventsRequired Qualifications, US:
