CookReporting RelationshipGeneral Manager/Manager/Executive Sous ChefJob Summary (General Overview)The Cook prepares menu items and ensures that the kitchen meets Boudin s standards of excellence and the highest quality of food items; and complies with the company s policies and guidelines.Working Environment (Specific physical work demands of this job)Physical Demands: Must be able to speak, interact and listen 100% of the time. Must be capable of standing, walking, climbing, sitting, bending, twisting, stooping, stretching, and lifting for eight hours at a time. Must be able to work in an environment with frequent use of stairwells, and move efficiently through a crowded environment. Must be able to stand on his/her feet 100% of the time. Must be flexible and capable of responding to changing priorities and duties. Must be able to adjust to fluctuations of work pace and volume. Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 30 pounds. Requires hand dexterity for cleaning responsibilities.
