Are you ready to join us?Senior Systems Engineer Travel is estimated to be 15-20%Role responsibilities: Backend maintenance for the fleet of vehicles and benches Configuration of backend to adapt current vehicle fleet to different SOP's/configurations Verify the relevant status of backend configurations and SOP's Learn and maintain access to various backend for various platforms and backend Responsible for planning a Tier 1 Supplier's backend development and testing activities Perform clean-up, registrations, deregistration's of various connected devices Expiring and re-enabling licenses for setting up license expiry testing Support testers with test portal to provide simulated backend situations Collaboration with other Systems Engineers, and stakeholders Manage the specification, development, and integration of API requirements between backend systems (e.g. SOAP, REST, HTML, MQTT) Issue analysis Risk management Integration of service packages in vehicle projects and securing the deployment in production environment Interaction with local and remote suppliers Reporting of status and progress to internal and external stakeholders Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalentRequired Experience: 4-7 years of experience working with development teams, preferably in telematics/online services projectsRole Requirements: Understanding of cloud-based technologies and communication protocols (MQTT, HTTP) Experience working with or familiarity with back-end coding such as Python Experience with content management, system development, deployment, and maintenance Working experience or familiarity with one of the major cloud service providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure Systems/software engineering background Relevant experience working with end-to-end/cloud-based teams and their applications Experience working on projects involving integration of E2E Systems: vehicle, backend, and frontend Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and organizational skillsWe are proud to be an EEO employer M/F/D/V.
