FORME is seeking talented team members across the organization.Job
Description:As an outstanding UX Research Lead, you will be
responsible for defining and conducting research studies and
usability tests that will help define the future of home fitness.
As an early member of our growing team, you'll also have the
opportunity to shape everything about UX research at FORME,
including our team principles, processes, and tools.Note: This is
primarily a remote role, but will require you to conduct in-person
research sessions at our San Francisco office, once we're all
vaccinated.What You Will Be DoingDefining the foundational
questions that guide our UX research programCollaborating with
design & product to create research plans for each phase of our
member journeyCoordinating and assisting with carrying out those
research plansSocializing your findings across the company to help
ensure a shared understanding of our usersConducting product
usability tests across a variety of devices, including the FORME
Studio and Studio Lift, our flagship home fitness hardware
productsSynthesizing the results of those tests and presenting
actionable insights to your product teamHelping to ensure the UX
Research team is staffed appropriately by assisting with hiring,
onboarding, and mentoring new UXR team membersMust HavesA solid
history of applying qualitative and quantitative methodologies to
both generative and evaluative researchExperience developing
research plans that have delivered insights and actionable
recommendations for high-quality interactive consumer productsA
strong reputation for partnering with Design, Product, and
EngineeringA portfolio that demonstrates outstanding research
acumenThe ability to clearly articulate your decision-making
process, and the rationale behind your decisionsEnthusiasm for
helping others be successful in their fitness journeyExcitement
