LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a temp Administrative Assistant for the Real Estate industry to liaison between agents and staff and operations for their San Francisco, CA Offices.Job Requirements:Responsibilities: Work with residential real estate agents, assisting with administrative support such as word processing, filing and scheduling. Receiving and directing visitors, and answering phones Coordinating meetings and conferences Assist the Brokerage manager with scheduling and maintenance of the calendar Assist with sorting and distributing mail Skills and Experience: One to two years residential real estate brokerage experience is nice not necessary Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong typing skills Employment Type: - Temp, 40 hours a week, in San Francisco, -CA -
