This is a fully remote position, but you always have the option to work in one of our offices!Our mission is to revolutionize digital media by building a unified platform to allow content creators and digital media brands to build their businesses without the burden of being limited by the cost or complexity of technology. We are building a disruptive SaaS platform with comprehensive capabilities to run all elements of a digital media business, such as automated advertising technology, affiliate management, content creation and distribution, digital campaign management, membership management e-commerce, and much more—all enhanced through an open architecture with machine learning and AI capabilities to enable optimal outcomes for digital media brands.As a Client Success Specialist on the Organic Support team, you'll have two main tasks: (1) responses, user training and instruction for Organic CMS and applications (2) building out training resources to support the growing knowledge base. We are looking for an experienced support representative who is passionate about working directly with clients and continuously looks for ways to improve the end user customer experience. An ideal candidate has at least a few years of media experience, having worked on platforms like Wordpress, Drupal, Shopify, and others. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Product Management and the Director of Customer Success to create documentation around Organic Content CMS: how to use it, unique features to leverage, and configurations available for admin users.
  • Work with the Organic Solutions team to establish protocols for bug reporting and resolution—via feature adoption, user configs, and engineering work.
  • Work with editors, writers, and other content creators to build and publish beautiful, impactful articles no matter the CMS.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with a focus on customer delight.
  • Provide quality support via multiple channels.Qualifications
    • 2+ years of experience in customer support, content production, product management, or editorial.
    • An understanding of the general editorial technology landscape, with experience in more than one CMS.
    • A desire to learn new technologies and help others use them better.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with a noted ability to organize information, refine requirements, and walk users through a process.
    • Self-sufficiency and a solutions-oriented mindset.
