About the team Zillow Group's Engineering and Development team
is passionate about building and configuring secure, well-designed,
automated systems for internal customers at Zillow Group. These
systems increase employee productivity, security, and scalability

perform their daily job functions. Our platforms consist of both
first party and third party cloud applications to support our
dynamic environment. About the role A Support Specialist II will
provide top-level support to our end users through their extensive
knowledge of ZG systems and operations. They assist less
experienced team members with critical issues and advise them on
standard processes and procedures. The Support Specialist two has
advanced administrative experience in various systems that ZEUS is
responsible for. As an IT Support Specialist, you will: Work
efficiently with users to identify root cause of issues with
hardware, software, break/fix issues, connectivity, peripherals,
and IT services. Take on task work within our enterprise systems
and applications - provisioning accounts, solving issues in Active
Directory, O365, SalesForce, Okta, Service Now, and more. Be
familiar with SCCM, or other enterprise windows device management
and ServiceNow and/or similar ticketing systems. Be familiar with
JAMF, or Mac enterprise device management. Assist with Microsoft
Exchange and/or Office365 task work - solving mailbox issues;
checking and updating distribution lists, creating and handling
room resources, shared mailboxes, etc. Consistently lead user life
cycle tasks with a standard workflow: provisioning accounts,
assigning permissions, imaging and deploying hardware. Set up,
monitor, and solve audio-visual systems during company meetings,
events, conference rooms, and guest speakers. Scan delivered
hardware into inventory; process warranty repair and replacement of
broken items; clean and maintain stock rooms; conduct physical
asset counts and inventory management. Create and maintain process
documentation. Excellent in-person, phone, and written
communication skills. Have high attention to detail Occasional
travel supporting partner offices. This role has been categorized
as an Office position. "Office" employees regularly work at an
existing ZG corporate office for approximately 80 to 100 percent of
their time each month. Employees must live within reasonable
commuting distance of their designated ZG office. ZG has not
defined a reasonable distance, and expects employees will use
judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the
implications re: time commitment and cost of daily commute. Who you
are 2-5 years of IT experience. Possess extraordinary customer
service skills. Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft
Exchange, telephony systems, basic networking, Service Desk
operations. Highly skilled at explaining technical subjects to
non-technical customers as well as technical customers. Ability to
work well as part of a team. Escalation point for Tier 1. Open to
occasional travel supporting partner offices. In addition to a
