Job Description:

Our client, a well-known denim brand in San Francisco, is looking for a Promotions Coordinator to join their team for a 12-month contract. The Promotions Coordinator will be responsible for providing data systems support to the US / CA DTC (Mainline, Outlet, Ecommerce) Promotions and Merchandising team. Please note this role will require some weekend work.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor weekend promotional tickets; troubleshooting and fixing promotional issues as needed and work back with stores to ensure all issues are resolved
• Weekly execution of promotion set up for stores and ecommerce in promo engine system
• Support -merchants in maintaining promo tools and systems of record as needed
• Execution of monthly price changes and some assistance with weekday promotional activities
• Support -all channels in promotional reporting
• Assist -in monitoring promotional activity of the competitive landscapeQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in Promotions, Digital Merchandising, Merchandising or Customer Service
  • Possess an ambition to build a career in pricing and promotions
  • Razor-sharp accuracy in data management and systems execution
  • Prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects for multiple merchants simultaneously
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and thorough
