SoundHound Inc. is at an inflection point in our 15-year history. With teams, customers, and end-users all over the world, we face an unprecedented and ambitious opportunity: scaling an independent Voice AI disruptor globally to meet unprecedented demand. We are building out our Enterprise sales team and Account Executives joining us are going to be an integral part of our success, by capitalizing on existing opportunities and building new businesses as we expand the SoundHound footprint within our current customers. We are turning the voice AI market around to be consumer and brand-focused, enabling hyper-efficient conversations that enable powerful outcomes.
In this role you will:


  • Identify and expand opportunities within your territory, which will allow you to exceed your sales goals through effective and efficient prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities;
  • Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment through informed outreach to prospects and influencers;
  • Understand the challenges and opportunities of your prospects better than most people working in those companies by immersing yourself in our buyers' worlds;
  • Align our solutions to the value delivered and opposed to waging functionality wars;
  • Become the trusted advisor to your customers and prospects by always aligning our efforts to solve existing and future business challenges;
  • Uncover and inspire new business initiatives and problems that map to solutions we deliver across multiple lines of business;
  • Build territory and account strategies that best leverage the entire SoundHound and partner teams;
  • Collaborate brilliantly with your fellow SoundHounders to deliver unique value to our customers and partners;
  • Build long-term relationships with customers that give us the opportunity to drive continually increased consumption of existing solutions and entree to new ones.

    We would love to hear from you if:

    • Have 7+ years of field sales success in the cloud space, (ideally machine learning, voice AI, and/or customer service technology)
    • Enjoy working with a broad set of partners, content providers, and customers to close business
    • are a solution-based selling savant with experience managing a complex sales process and possess excellent listening, organization, and drive;
    • Have enjoyed being the best hunter in your teams, successfully selling complex solutions into net new accounts, demonstrated by overachievement of quota and strong customer references
    • Know how to use data, analytics, business intelligence, and sales technology to build your pipeline
    • Are a great level-headed communicator
    • Always keep your eye on the ball, able to deliver success in a hyper-growth environment.
