About the RoleLocated in San Francisco, the Operations Associate plays a critical role in meeting customer expectations around delivery timelines and forward stocking strategies. They will coordinate with our freight forwarders and 3pls to effectively position our inventory across the country to meet our customer's needs.
Responsibilities:

  • Allocate incoming inventory to fulfill customer orders
  • Maintain accurate records of customer deliveries
  • Full ownership of serial level inventory allocation and tracking including forward stocking strategies
  • Coordinate and ensure the efficient execution of our fulfillment partners
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our fulfillment processes and work to improve and streamline workflows and customer satisfaction
  • Follow-up with logistics partners to resolve any exceptions
  • Track issues and escalate to internal teams where necessary
  • Track inbound inventory via ocean and air from our production partners
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree from a 4 year University
    • 2+ years of relevant experience in an operationally complex role in a fast paced start-up environment preferred
    • Excellent Excel skills (familiarity with sql preferred)
    • Strong analytical skills ability to identify anomalies and inconsistencies in large data sets
    • Experience working in the e-commerce industry is a plus
    • Passionate about technology and fitness
    • Netsuite Experience preferred
    • Excellent attention to detail and data integrity
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to comfortably interact with cross functional teams and external vendors
    • Works independently and naturally takes proactive initiative
