Advisor/Business Development Executive for our San Francisco
Constellation Behavioral Health creates innovative treatment
programs for adults with mental health, addiction, and co-occurring
disorders at our Alta Mira, Bridges to Recovery, Helix Treatment
Center, and BrightQuest facilities. We were founded on the
fundamental belief that sustainable treatment outcomes require
three cornerstones of clinical care: the development of a robust
differential diagnosis, utilization of the collaborative care
model, and the cultivation of personal agency. Our mission is to

Primary Purpose and Function
The Behavioral Health Advisor is responsible for driving results
and achieving maximum profitability by developing and maintaining
direct referral relationships in designated home market and working
with the Vice-President of Business Development and colleagues in
order to generate significant census and revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business
administration, psychology or a directly related field.
- Clinical background preferred (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, CAADC, etc.)
and/or a firm understanding of recovery
- Minimum 5 to 7 years recent experience and proven sales success
in metrics driven sales or business development role, behavioral
health or closely related field.
Must have valid State driver's license

Effective and dynamic presentation skills.
Must have a working knowledge of consultative and solutions focused
Must have an aptitude for large account management: managing
gatekeepers, influencing multiple decision makers, finding creating
ways to bring value, and understanding complex transactions.
Demonstrates ability to clearly and succinctly communicate both
verbally and in writing.
Demonstrates a working knowledge of current and potential future
trends, policies, practices and developments affecting the

Must be able to relate well to people both inside and outside the
organization; builds appropriate rapport; uses diplomacy and tact;
can diffuse high-tension situations.
