Metabolic disease is the first condition to be addressed by DayTwo's microbiome discovery platform and the company's N of 1 Precision Nutrition--- solution includes gut microbiome profiling, artificial intelligence to predict blood sugar response to foods, and dedicated virtual care.

DayTwo is looking for an experienced member acquisition Content Strategist who will drive efforts to deliver transformational growth in the adoption of the DayTwo program. You will develop creative that plays a pivotal role in the acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation of members.

Initiatives will be prioritized across channels such as email, direct mail, telemarketing and field marketing acquisition channels with a strong focus on optimizing the member acquisition funnel.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Develop winning creative that drives member acquisition and retention.
  • Establish a member acquisition voice and tone, enabling high-performing results and optimization for email, direct mail and field marketing.
  • Solve complex problems and develop content tests based on hypotheses and build content and messaging strategies to guide teams towards both innovation and iteration, with the singular goal to drive member acquisition and retention.
  • Partner with cross-functional groups-customer success; product; marketing; sales-to drive KPIs, helping balance content, brand and performance objectives.
  • Advocate for strong creative voice with a strategic mindset for analytics and customer acquisition flow.
  • Prioritize brand guidelines and rules to ensure all our work maintains a consistent design voice and tone across each platform and touchpoint.
  • Present work to, collaborate with, and influence stakeholders in marketing, and other areas of the business

    What you Need to Succeed
    • 8+ years of professional experience in content development with 4+ years of history in performance marketing, growth marketing, acquisition, or other relevant work.
    • Expert abilities in Marketo.
    • Deep understanding of the digital landscape, digital channel objectives, user acquisition and business goals to ensure high customer conversion and retention.
    • Consumer-first thinker who understands the power of insights and data to develop campaigns and programs that drive awareness, affinity, and advocacy.
    • Love for media, data and creativity, which you combine toward channel-based best-practices, quickly capitalizing on emerging trends.
    • Thrive as a key advisor to marketing partners on user voice and creative performance best practices.
    • Deep respect for craft and creative excellence, balanced with an ability to experiment in lower fidelity ways to prove out an idea.
    • Bachelor's degree in creative writing (or applicable experience)
