About the Team

DoorDash is looking for a Senior Manager, Merchant Strategy & Operations to help scale our growing suite of merchant products. You'll work with product, marketing, analytics, sales, account management and operations to improve adoption of our growing merchant product suite, helping our partners build their own e-commerce channels and grow with our marketplace.

On the Merchant Strategy and Operations team, our mission is to have best-in class restaurant selection, build services for our merchants to grow their business, and help our partners on the platform. We are the conduit between our sales and product teams by building go-to-market strategies for product plans and features, while building the product roadmap based on the needs of our partners.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Merchant Strategy & Operations, you'll improve adoption of our full suite of merchant products and services. You'll help set our product go-to-market strategy, operationalize plans, collect insights, and establish the foundation for new ideas to grow. This will include building playbooks to grow multiple products, features and introduce new services to hit growth targets.

You will sit at the intersection of our revenue generation engine and our our teams, and will require prioritization and data-driven insights to ensure our teams are working against the right goals and have the tools needed to achieve them.

You will report into Director, Merchant Products and Services on our Merchant Strategy &Operations team in our Merchant organization.
