About the Role

DoorDash is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our People Analytics team. We're a data-driven organization, empowering local economies and our people to do the best work of their careers. You will help implement our processes and strategic programs across the People organization. You will work in supporting, configuring, and enabling people analytics. You will work with a team of analysts, scientists, and engineers to support DoorDash in our hyper-growth experience.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Lead projects to support, build, and grow the People Analytics function
  • Work with teams across the company to ensure the right analytic and technology solutions to support and grow our businesses
  • Dive deep to uncover underlying issues or business problems and turn those issues into solutions
  • Oversee all incoming requests by creating and maintaining our roadmap, building sprints, and holding team members accountable for results
  • Rigorously document system and reporting requirements and configuration to build operational excellence
  • Create, maintain, and execute testing plans and rollout strategies
  • Train end-users and peers on new processes and functionality as needed
  • Provide production support to ensure operational response
  • Ensure data integrity by understanding and identifying opportunities to improve, working with cross-functional teams

  • 4+ years of experience as a project manager on a technical team
  • You have a BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, or equivalent work experience
  • You've led multiple complex projects simultaneously to completion
  • You build relationships and rapport with clients and partners

  • You know how to optimize processes while designing for scale
  • You are excited about developing your skill set
  • You are always evaluating whether our team's activities are achieving the desired, measurable impact
