We are currently looking for a North American Sales Manager to head up the North American Diagnostics Sales team within the Agilent Reagent Partnership Division.


The North American Sales Manager will be responsible for the sale of Flow Cytometry products in North America and report to the Head of Global Sales.


Agilent Reagent Partnership Division sells clinical diagnostic products directly to our customers as well as OEM sales (B2B) to many of the world's largest IVD companies. Our retail portfolio and products serve the clinical immunochemistry (specific proteins) and the clinical Flow Cytometry market in North American and Globally.


Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Lead, drive, motivate and develop the North American Diagnostic Sales Team to deliver on the strategy and set objectives
  • Responsible and accountable for setting, forecasting, and delivering on the overall sales targets within clinical accounts and research accounts in North America
  • Responsible for planning and coordinating major customer facing activities in North America with team and commercial marketing.
  • Ensure strong communication and alignment with internal stakeholders to drive the business effectively
  • Obtain and share competitive intelligence and market trends information
  • Prospecting for strategic partnerships (contract creation, opportunity seeking, business visits and customer reporting).
  • Develop and maintain necessary knowledge of the Clinical Flow Cytometry market in North America/Globally
  • Maintenance of information in SAP CRM according to guidelines.



The majority of travel will be in North America with the expectation of a minimum of around 40% travel per year. International travel will also be required to support strategic commercial activities.

This position can be performed anywhere in the US


The salary range for this position may differ based on your actual work location. For CO, the salary range is $131,325 - $227,630.

This position is sales incentive eligible.
