We're looking for a Staff UI Engineer to join the Support Agent Experience Team! We're seeking a front-end leaning full-stack engineer to help us streamline and modernize the Zendesk Support UI.

What you bring to the role:

  • 4+ years as a front-end or full-stack software engineer, working in an agile, fast-paced development environment making use of continuous delivery and test-driven development
  • Sound understanding of web application development, including browser best practices, event handling
  • Knowledge of testing best practices using frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, and Cypress.
  • Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks and methodologies such as React/Redux, Typescript, Vue, etc.
  • Great communication skills: written, verbal, and listening, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional analytical reasoning and problem solving skills.
  • Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity
