We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the next
phase of growth for the Microsoft Audience Network, defining and
delivering features to deliver customer value at scale across
Native, Display, and Video formats. For this role, we are looking
for someone who has and will build expertise in building solutions
that scale globally on both our owned and operated (O&O)
properties as well as through 3rd party partners. Additionally, the
Program Manager will be responsible for understanding the Digital
Advertising landscape to identify opportunities to compete, grow
share, and deliver great results for our customers.
- 5+ years professional experience related to product development
or program management.
- Solid understanding of and experience with digital advertising.
Programmatic Advertising experience is a plus.
- Proven experience establishing strong relationships across
functional organizations and geographic regions.
- Ability to influence both internal and external partners
without direct authority.
- Effective communication and documentation skills, with the
ability to adapt communication style to suit different
- Highly motivated, flexible self-starter willing to "roll-up up
their sleeves" to effectively overcome hurdles and drive
- Passionate about winning in online advertising and ability to
thrive in a highly competitive, fast-paced, ever-changing
