D365 - Power Platform Developer

If the answer is Yes, Logic20/20 is looking for a developer conversant in Microsoft's Dataverse platform (previously Power Platform) to join our Seattle-based team. This is a great opportunity to have a positive impact on a variety of different areas within the Company. The role will be responsible for providing technology services assisting in key internal IT projects and support.

The D365 - Power Platform Developer will work very closely with the Logic20/20 Consulting and Operations Teams, and will report directly to IT Director.

Core responsibilities:

  • Cloud Service Support
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Support and extend the Dynamics (CDS/CRM) product and associated platform through:
  • CRM Configuration, including entities, tables, columns and views
  • Configuring Security Model changes
  • Customizing CRM , including the use of Plugins and CRM Forms

  • Leverage the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to create solutions that are quick to market and constructed with an eye toward maintainability
  • Create reports using Power BI from disparate resources after data massaging
  • Use HTML and JavaScript/jQuery to facilitate integration and enhance the user experience
  • Experience in workflow and task automation, including Data Ingestion using Power Automate
  • Thorough understanding of integration of Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Services
  • Make recommendations on how to streamline and automate processes
  • Respond promptly to requests submitted through the ticketing system
  • Manage the ticketing system, provide reporting and other upgrades and advise on suggested enhancements

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years configuring, customizing and supporting production Dynamics
  • 1-2 years of experience with Flow/PowerAutomate in a production environment
  • 2-3 years of experience with Power BI, leveraging a variety of data sources including SQL, API's and xlsx.
  • 1-2 years of experience building PowerApps.
  • 1-2 years of experience integrating third-party applications with Power Platform.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proactive mindset
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Foundation level experience with JavaScript, HTML5 & CSS3 preferred
  • Experience with ITIL beneficial
