Tradeshift is looking for a strong, senior product leader for
our Cash product teams who can define and deliver our future
roadmap for financial services.
You will act as the product owner for the Cash suite of
financial services and products, working closely with customers,
partners and internal teams to ensure we create products with
market fit and ability to scale.
With Cash, our mission is to offer predictable cash flow to
every seller on the Tradeshift network. The Cash team builds end
user experience for managing working capital, integrations with
financing partners, payments infrastructure, and internal
operations and support apps. Our services are used by companies
ranging from fortune 500 enterprises to micro businesses.
We expect you to enjoy engaging with customers and users
directly to ensure your product's roadmap is aligned with their
needs, including defining and analysing metrics to support
decisions made. And we expect that you understand how your
technical solutions contribute to realizing a broader vision, and
that you have a passion for interacting with many different people
to achieve a goal.
We expect that you have a lifecycle mindset and understand how
to design products that optimize for conversion.
The Cash teams are mainly based in San Francisco but have team
members in other US locations. You will be a key member of an
international, cross-functional and self-driven product team that
includes engineers, designers and product managers.
Have taken digital, end-user-focused products to the market
5+ years, hands-on experience in innovative product launches in
a B2B, payments, and fintech environment
Can lead cross-functional teams to implement, deliver and grow
our financial services products
Can drive our strategic product roadmaps both for enterprise and
SMB financial services and act as the product owner
Are comfortable engaging with customers, partners, and senior
Can work closely with commercial teams to define and improve our
product-market fit in a way that maximizes our differentiation in
Can use data-driven insights, understand how the product can
help drive conversion and stickiness, in close collaboration with
our network sales-, value- and marketing teams
Understand the market landscape and can articulate how we can
differentiate through technology and other assets
You have a passion for interacting with many different people to
achieve a goal
Define and prioritize backlog items, including ensuring there
are adequate acceptance criteria and UX design for these, to ensure
they cover the use cases
Guide customers and customer-facing teams in promoting Cash
You have experience working with fast iterations: We are
bringing products to market that doesn't exist yet, we need to stay
close to users, validate value props before we invest heavily in
product and engineering, and keep improving
- Ability to create & communicate a strategic product roadmap;
Engage partners around it and understand how to strike the right
commercial and product balance
