Facebook seeks an experienced manager to join our growing
Internal Audit team, focusing on supporting our global SOX program
and internal audits within finance. The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience assessing the effectiveness of Internal Control
Over Financial Reporting, identifying and assessing business and
technology risks across a variety of business functions, and
leading/executing large-scale and complex audits. In addition, the
candidate will have the skills necessary to navigate a changing
environment and influence people in a fast-growing company and help
transform the SOX program. The position, which reports to the Head
of Global SOX and will require some travel, including to
international destinations. The position will be part of an
integrated team that believes that collaboration, flexibility,
resourcefulness and attention to detail are keys to success.
Internal Audit Manager - Finance Responsibilities
- Support the Company's SOX compliance program to ensure
appropriate internal controls (manual and system) over financial
reporting are designed and implemented.
Support the Head of Global SOX for on-going project management
of the SOX program, including overseeing the coordination efforts
between Internal Audit team members, third-party SOX co-sourced
provider, external auditors, and internal business process
Support SOX scoping and risk assessment by collaborating with
cross-functional teams, including accounting, engineering, and
others, within the Company to stay up-to-date on significant
changes that may have an impact on the design and/or operating
effectiveness of controls.
Identify, evaluate, and monitor the remediation of control
Participate in ongoing enterprise and regional risk assessment
processes and assist in developing and executing a dynamic audit
plan to address high risk areas related Facebook's financial
Build collaborative and trusting relationships with business
partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
Plan, execute, and report-out on various types of audits,
including post-remediation validation.
Effectively manage relationships with the Internal Audit
co-sourcing partners to ensure cohesive and collaborative
Contribute to the on-going transformation of the Company's SOX
compliance program through innovation such as RPA, data analytics,
continuous monitoring, benchmarking.
- 6+ years of experience in Big Four and/or internal audit.
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management
practices, system evaluation, tooling, cross-functional
collaboration and managing projects through the SOX lifecycle and
Experience in managing a team, consisting of company resources
as well as those provided by a co-sourced provider.
Communication and interpersonal experience, and presentation
experience that allow interactions with business partners.
Experience operating independently while managing multiple
Problem solving experience that demonstrate critical and logical
thinking to reach a solution.
- CPA, CIA, and/or CISA certifications.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Knowledge of COSO framework and experience applying the
framework that supports SOX compliance and operational
