Your Impact & Responsibilities

  • Provide financial reporting support and oversight to functional organizations including North America Sales, Latin America Sales, US Finance and Facilities
  • Support senior management decision-making process by performing financial analysis
  • Own major components of all financial processes of the company (annual AOP, budget planning, forecasting, monitoring of performance)
  • Manage the process and prepare the monthly and quarterly forecasting and analysis package
  • Expense management and reporting
  • Developing and monitoring performance metrics

Your Knowledge & Skills

  • B.S. Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting; previous software experience an advantage
  • Excellent Communication skill: oral, written, and presentation
  • Strong analysis, data mining and modeling skills
  • Advance Excel user
  • Detail-oriented, fast learner with strong execution drive
