The Conversational AI Platform, is a no-coding SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that enables purely non-technical users to auto-ingest content, auto-convert that content into voice and chat-ready content and automatically create--voice app & chatbot. It then deploys across the conversational AI spectrum including voice assistants, chatbots and IVR/telephone channels and, finally, learns and iterates quickly by leveraging raw user engagement data and AI-infused analytics from Data Analytics.--
Use the no-code conversational AI platform to design, build and present custom conversational custom proofs of concept (CPOC's). Create demo and production voice apps which include a Q&A knowledge base along with multi-turn conversational modules in UI Builder, for various audiences ranging from enterprise to SMB customers, creative agency and IT services partners and investor technical due diligence teams.
Need to have an interest in, and understand the basics of, conversational design. Being a professional conversational designer is a plus, though certainly not necessary.

  • help drive three critical outcomes:
  • customer--technical--win decision, by seeing how fast the CPOC can be created in a no-code environment by non-design-pro business users
  • post-sale product usage
  • customer adoption of multi-turn conversations, ideally leading to transactional conversations with backend systems integration leveraging integration modules. Backend systems include connecting to Workday, Salesforce, Service Now to voice-enable backend systems
