You will have high visibility to the CEO, clients, our investors & board, and be an integral member of the Jirav team. This role reports into our Director of Sales & Business Development.This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales person to make an immediate impact at a high growth company, with great opportunities for further leadership and career growth.Your RoleYou will own many Sales efforts within Jirav. Your role is part Salesperson, Account Manager, Solutions Engineer and Customer Delighter. You'll be an integral team member at Jirav as we continue to innovate within the financial analytics space and beyond.As Account Executive, you will talk to potential and existing customers, and drive a process around providing Jirav's solutions for our financial modeling, dashboarding & reporting platform, used by Finance & Accounting Professionals, Business Owners, and their stakeholders to run their companies. The role is built for a high energy, creative thinker who loves prescribing solutions that solve customer's pains and inefficiencies by using modern tools, data, workflows, and technology solutions . You should be able to understand customer pain points, conceptualize the principles behind the financial scenarios our customers are building, and use real life customer use cases to craft win-win solutions for our customers by using the Jirav platform.You'll work closely with the CEO, Customer Success and broader Sales & Marketing teams to start new Customer's journey within Jirav.What You'll Be Doing* Build and maintain client relationships* Manage your Sales Pipeline, communicate progress and track metrics throughout sales process* Run a Sales Process from Discovery through Closing* Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledgeSkills: The following are relevant for success in this role* Domain Specific Experience:--Sales experience within B2B SaaS, multi-dimensional data, analytics, or other innovative future of work tools is required. Experience specifically within finance/accounting or data modeling tools is a huge plus.* Understanding of the Customer:--you should be a master at understanding various customer personas, the workflows of our users, and be able to translate these needs into well thought out proposals, plans, and engagements with our customers.* Requirements Discovery & Scoping:--You are an active listener and can bring out the true pain points of our customers, then apply product capabilities for an encompassing solution to their pains* Demo Master:--Ability to actively listen and tailor live demos on the fly* Negotiations, Pricing, and Legal:--You will be drafting Proposals, Negotiating pricing, and working within company standard legal and financial guidelines while maximizing ROI on Sales efforts* Modern Sales / CRM Tools:--Scaling yourself is critical in this role. Experience with using modern tools to increase efficiency, output, and prioritization is required * Customer Focused:--Has demonstrated proclivity for delivering a seamless discovery to closing process that feels natural to the customer* Digital Communications Guru:--You should be fluent in modern conferencing and screenshare apps such as ZoomMore About You* 5+ years of B2B Sales experience in delivering consistent sales results* Extensive experience in best practice Sales & Negotiation methodologies* Have held Quotas with a history of meeting & exceeding expectations* Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, multi-party or bundled solutions clearly and persuasively across different audiences.* Intellectual curiosity, creative confidence, and an enthusiastic work ethic & grit to handle everything that comes at your from being at a startup* Experience working with global, distributed, multi-cultural teams is a plus.* Bachelors or higher degree in Business or related field to the role.
