customer service, claims, and sales teams are all based in-house in
the US.-- We're looking for a People Operations Coordinator to help
deliver an outstanding employee experience while owning backend
operations and processes. You'll play a fundamental role on our
People Operations team, working on projects and processes that seek
to improve the employee lifecycle. We have a strong foundation and
we're looking for a talented individual to help support our People
team. You Will--
- Think creatively about the employee experience- find ways to
improve every milestone in the employee lifecycle
- Maintain and update HR information management systems, HR
tools, and employee resources
- Manage all employee records, supporting documentation and
tracking of employee data
- Own, maintain and continually enhance the new employee
onboarding program--
- Ensure employee inquiries are answered and/or properly routed
in a timely manner
- Support the execution of People Ops programs including
performance reviews, training initiatives, engagement surveys,
recognition programs, benefit enrollment, etc.
- Conduct employee reporting on a regular and ad hoc basis
- Respond to requests for employment verifications
- Manage employee leave of absence and offboarding administration
