Description:This person will be joining a company is an online retailer specializing in selling motorcycle gear and accessories with multiple product and business lines as a Payroll Specialist. They will be responsible for supporting two of the companies brands and processing payroll for those brand employees which covers approximately 600 employees. This position is partially remote. Responsibilities:Assist in coordinating and processing an accurate payroll for 600+ employees (and growing) by ensuring that all data (i.e., supplemental executive compensation, incentive pay, hours worked, vacation transactions, retroactive pay, etc) is compiled and imported accuratelyProcess employee and manager-initiated changes in ADP WorkforceNow to ensure accurate reflection of payroll processingManage imports/exports between Timekeeping system and HRIS system by following up with stores weekly for accuracy and completeness Team Members hours. Audit HR Teams entries for new hire onboardingPerform routine audits of minor work hours, status of minor work permits, employee work status, maintenance of full-time hours, and minimum wage complianceReceive/respond to various department calls and requests for information from internal and external sources within one business dayRespond to notice and verification inquiries Scan mail for HR and payroll teamsOther Administrative duties as assignedExperience Level:Entry Level About Aston Carter:Aston Carter is a distinguished global provider of recruitment and staffing services to companies requiring highly specialized business professionals.
