Incredible teams doing exceptional work, every day The Investor Relations team is responsible for communicating First Republic's strategy and financial performance to the investment community (existing and potential shareholders and research analysts who study our stock). We are looking for team-oriented, proactive candidates with strong communication and organizational skills who embrace our culture of providing extraordinary service to both our internal and external stakeholders. The Associate will support the team's outreach and engagement activities. What you'll be doing as an Associate, Investor Relations:--

• Provides extraordinary service commensurate with the Bank's reputation, to investors, along with other internal and external stakeholders, through clear, responsive and proactive communication and engagement efforts.
• Oversees full compliance with Regulation Fair Disclosure, including training and associated safeguards in alignment with the Bank's internal trading policies. Exercises full discretion in working with confidential information.
• Manages the logistics of the investor outreach program and team's activities which includes:
• Scheduling and coordinating events with external and internal parties and creating meetings in Microsoft Outlook and Zoom
• Making travel arrangements
• Preparing briefing materials
• Researching venues
• Organizing catering
• Setting up meetings
• Manages materials inventory
• Scheduling meetings on behalf of the Vice President, Director of Investor Relations
• Manages the reporting of the investor outreach program including accurately recording all events in the third-party CRM tool (Nasdaq IR Insight).
• Manages the investor relations inbox, directing or responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Manages the Investor Relations team's public and internal online website.
• Assists with the maintenance and electronic storage of investor--related documents and materials.
• Maintains records of key financial data.
• Maintains the team's internal procedures.
• Performs other duties & responsibilities specific to department function and activities or as required or assigned by supervisor including, but not limited to, administrative assistance, ad-hoc reporting and research.
• Responsibilities include the following: 1) adhering to and complying with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti- Money Laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.), 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training, 4) identifying and reporting potential suspicious activity to the BSA/AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank. Money Laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.), 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training, 4) identifying and reporting potential suspicious activity to the BSA/AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank.   • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-5 years of prior work experience preferred. Job Demands
