position is remote and must be located in Tulsa. Job Qualification
WhatYou Can Offer Us
- Performroutine site audits on assets in an assigned area/zone
in an efficient andcost-effective manner, utilizing UAS and other
data collection tools.
- Ensureall assets in said area/zone meet safety, compliance, and
asset integritystandards through implementation of the Company's
Standard of Care andother management policies by identifying and
documenting discrepancies andfollowing through on needed
- Effectivelyengage with customers and vendors to manage
projects, ensuring timelines and safetystandards are met during
pre-construction meetings and post-construction sitewalks and when
gathering and processing closeout data for customer constructionand
internally generated projects.
- Meetcustomer service level agreements by responding quickly to
any issues with theCompany's back-up generators, fiber-based
networks, or emergency response tocritical events.
- Approximately75% of time role will be performed outside of a
conventional office environmentvisiting assets in a Company
- Minimum2 years of work experience in telecommunications or a
related field required.
- Mustbe at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license,
have a demonstratedsafe driving record, and be able to travel
extensively by car or truck.
- Musthave, or within a year of hire obtain, FAA Part 107
Certification to operateUAS.
- Vendormanagement experience, real-estate management experience,
or a civilconstruction background preferred.
- Knowledgeof radio transmitters, receivers, antennas, radio
frequency, wireless, or ethernetbackhaul experience preferred.
- Abilityto use discretion when setting priorities and resolving
issues in accordancewith Company best practices and standards.
- Strongcomputer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel;
ability to use additional Companysoftware applications.
- Approximately 30%travel may be required in support of the
position's responsibilities .
- Strongwritten and oral communication skills, including the
ability to present ideasand suggestions clearly and

employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
- Strongorganizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple
tasks within the agreedupon timeframes through effective
prioritization of duties and functions in afast-paced environment.
