As a Brokerage Contracts Specialist with the Opendoor Direct Access (ODA) platform team, you will work with a small, but highly experienced team and be passionate about continually improving and scaling the ODA platforms technology and processes to accommodate the rapid growth that we are experiencing. You'll have the opportunity to play a material role in the development of the team as we scale, and you'll get first-hand exposure to top-tier institutional real estate buyers. In turn -- we're looking for diverse team players who can wear multiple hats, and are eager to roll-up their sleeves to help us quickly scale. As a Contract Specialist, you will:

• Work with the Brokerage, Operations, Legal, and Sales & Support teams frequently to ensure outstanding quality control on all contractual processes and inputs--
• Collaborate with new markets, consulting brokers and engineering to understand new market practices and how to incorporate the Opendoor brand appropriately and compliantly--
• Ensure most up to date contracts are being used and advise partners on any upcoming changes and rollouts
• Build new contract templates to support new market launches--
• Be responsible for the scaling of contracts and brokerage operations--
• Assist the engineering team with diagnosing contract related bugs-- We're looking for teammates who have:
  • 2-4 years professional experience in business operations, brokerage operations, legal operations, real estate operations, contract automation or similar
  • An ability to juggle a wide variety of tasks and requests
  • An owner-mindset, and are proactive when it comes to problem solving
  • Technical capabilities and are excited to learn what they don't know--(SQL knowledge a plus!)
  • A high attention to detail and are process-driven
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A stellar work ethic; you're looking for the right company to support your growth and are highly self-motivated
