This role involves independently managing case files, strong communication and analytical skills, exceptional research and writing abilities, and trial experience, particularly in areas such as Real Estate, Business Litigation, Landlord-Tenant Law (Commercial and Residential), PI, and Construction Defect. Duties:Independently manage case files, including conducting legal research, document review, and case preparation.Defend clients in civil litigation casesDraft, review, and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and other court filings.Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts to advance legal matters and represent client interests.Prepare and participate in trials, hearings, and settlement negotiations.Conduct legal research and analysis to develop legal strategies.Maintain detailed case records and documentationRequirements:Minimum of 5 years of prior experience defending civil litigation casessStrong work ethic and ability to independently manage case files.Trial experience, including participation in hearings and trials.Proficiency in civil litigation, including Real Estate, Business litigation, PI, and/or Construction Defect.
